Here are the dates to complete voting on the CAR and the CAR Survey:
Feb 28 Regional and zonal report deadline
March 3 Deadline for amendments to the motions
March 14 Regional meeting – bring area CAR votes to region
March 31 CAR votes deadline to RD
April 1 Deadline for CAR survey submission
April 18 WSC Orientation
April 18 Electronic straw poll on the motions
May 3-May 9 WSC
I would like to encourage the RCMs to collect the votes from their area by utilizing the group conscience forms at the next area service meeting in March. I am attaching a copy to this email. We held CAR workshops at MARLCNA in Jan, as well as in York on 2/14 and Harrisburg on 2/21. We will meet only once in March before votes are due, so please request any assistance before the deadlines.
The weekly virtual CAR workshop will continue thru March 25, 2026. Below is the zoom information:
